Friendly staff at the restaurant.

The customer service here is absolutely appalling. I faced immense frustration trying to get help with my luggage at check-in. they just left it unattended. The internet was unbelievably slow, making it impossible for me to work during my stay. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star resort.

The staff at Xperience Sea Breeze Resort (Adults Only) were incredibly attentive and courteous. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water that was perfect for snorkeling and relaxing in the sun.

The staff were excellent and made our stay enjoyable, but we were disappointed by

the lack of heated pools and limited accessibility options outside. Our swim-up room was misleading. the pool was quite far. However, the recreation team was fantastic, making up for some of these shortcomings with their friendly service.

Unexpected Gratuity in Hospitality

The staff's friendliness truly transformed our stay, making us feel at home. Each morning began with smiles and ended with delicious meals and stunning views by the pool.

The air conditioning in the main areas was lacking, making dining uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the Wi-Fi only worked sporadically, which was a bit frustrating.

Had an amazing time with fantastic live entertainment every night and enjoyed snorkeling with incredible fish right off the beach!

The seafood at the dining spots blew my mind, especially the fresh catches swimming right from the Red Sea! The friendly staff made the experience even better. The stunning reef was packed with colorful fish for some epic snorkeling adventures.

Had a fab time! The sea view room was a total win, and the staff was super helpful, especially at the pool bar. The food was better than I expected, loved the snack bar by the pool! Just a heads up, the shower had a leak. Overall, it was a chill vacay.

The sea was beautiful with vibrant fish and coral, providing the kids a safe area to play. We were pleased with how quickly we could reach the resort from the airport, making travel with our little ones much easier. The pool area was never crowded, and we always found available sun-beds without any hassle.

The variety of fruits offered at lunch and dinner was limited.

I had an absolute blast chilling in my Swim-Up Room and soaking up the sun by the beautiful pools. The spa was fantastic with both relaxing massages and soothing body scrubs available whenever I needed to unwind. Just a heads up, some bars were closed at night which limited options a bit, but overall it was a fab experience! 🌴

Our family had an incredible time! The staff, especially Panoo, kept the kids entertained. The pools were pristine, and we loved the varied dining options. A hidden gem is the beachfront bar for sunset views. Pro tip, book a room with a sea view for breathtaking mornings!

I just enjoyed the most relaxing time here! The beach access was incredible, with stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and a cozy vibe that made it hard to leave. Plus, my Deluxe Sea View Room was super comfortable, waking up to that breathtaking view every day was pure joy!
